We hope your shopping experience with Tiny Boss to be as easy and hassle free as possible and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that there is a mistake or an issue with your order please email us at info@tinyboss.com.au and explain the issue, please include photos if possible. If a mistake is made from our end or there is a faulty item then we will happily send you a replacement item as quickly as possible at our cost. 

Please note : Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Normally it will not be required to return any items as photos are normally enough to resolve any issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Due to the nature of personalised products we’re unable to exchange any orders if you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake during the ordering process. So please choose carefully and triple check all spelling before submitting your order. However, if you do make mistake please let us know and we will try to offer a solution.
