If I prefer not to have personalisation on the items, is it possible to get a lower price?

We offer personalisation as a complimentary service, so opting out of personalisation does not result in a lower price.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Since all personalised items are made to order , processing times can be anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the number of orders in line before yours. 

For In stock Items, All orders will be dispatched in 1-2 business days. 

Orders that consist of In  Stock items and Made to Order items, they will be dispatched altogether in one package 

If I happen to misspell the name on a personalised item, can you create a replacement?

While it is primarily the customer's responsibility to provide the accurate spelling for personalisation details, we understand that mistakes can happen. If such a situation arises, we kindly ask you to contact us at info@tinyboss.com.au as soon as possible before the shipment begins, so we can promptly resolve the issue.

If my order is urgent, would it be possible to prioritize it and process it first?

Our policy follows a first-come, first-serve basis. However, if you require the items urgently, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@tinyboss.com.au and explain the situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Does wearing embroidered items cause irritation to the kids' skin?

We provide a tender touch backing with our wearable items. Tender Touch is a lightweight, permanent, iron-on stabilizer that is ideal to "cover-the-back" of finished embroideries to protect sensitive skin. This feature is particularly beneficial for baby and child garments, ensuring a comfortable and gentle wearing experience.

Do you sell wholesale with your handmade items?

Yes, we do offer wholesale options for our handmade items. If you are interested in purchasing our products in bulk for resale or distribution purposes, please let us know, and we will be glad to provide you with more information about our wholesale program and pricing.
